This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in conducting survey and fixing the boundaries for the land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.3-28 guntas in Sy.No.34/2 situated at Rayapatnam Village, Dharmapuri Mandal, Karimnagar District presently Jagtial District. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the lis in the writ petition is covered by common order of this Court passed in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-042016. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, dated 28-04-2016.

No costs.
