HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3351 of 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure of Code by the petitioner - accused in Crime No.306 of 2017 of Wyra Police Station, Khammam, Khammam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 468 and 477-A IPC, seeking a direction to the Station House Officer to release the petitioner in the event of his arrest in connection with the above said crime.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for a while, requested to permit the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned having jurisdiction over the subject matter and on remand, if any application is filed, the Court concerned may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably on the same day.

3. Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the Court having jurisdiction and on remand, if any application is filed, the Presiding Officer of the Court is directed to dispose of the said application in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
