HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION No.7665 OF 2012 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Code') requesting to quash the proceedings in Crime No.40 of 2012 dated 22.04.2012 on the file of Pedanandipadu Police Station, Guntur District.

Learned counsel for the respondent present.

The learned Public Prosecutor filed copy of the proceedings of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Bapatla, dated 24.02.2015, wherein it is mentioned that the Police, Pedanandipadu sought permission for dropping the proceedings in this case. On that, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pedanandipadu Police Station is instructed to file final report in the concerned Court and obtain RCS proceedings. Along with the said proceedings, a copy of the case dairy, Part-I also filed herein. The Investigating Officer, Sub-Inspector of Police, Pedanandipadu Police Station referred the case as false one.

In view of the report given by the police for dropping the further action in this case in Cr.No.40 of 2012, this petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
