HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE G.ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY W.P.No.10580 OF 2009 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the petitioners had informed this Court that during pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
