HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13701 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner made application dated 09.05.2016 for conducting survey and demarcating the land in Survey No.120-3, 123-3 and 123-4-B to an extent of Ac.01.13 guntas, situated at Lakshmipuram Village, Challapalli Mandal, Krishna District by paying necessary fee and that the said application is not being disposed of, till today. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, is open for the petitioner to file necessary documents in support of his claim before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent shall consider the said documents and dispo0se of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and take necessary action. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
