HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2753 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not considering the case of petitioner and provide suitable employment to petitioner in A.P.S.R.T.C. on compassionate grounds as legal heir of deceased-K.Nagaiah, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Article 14, 16 & 21 of Constitution of India and consequently to direct respondents to consider the case of petitioner. When this matter has come up for hearing on 17.11.2015 on the request of advocate for petitioner, one week time is granted and again when it has come up for hearing on 25.11.2015 on the request of advocate for petitioner, two weeks further time is granted and today when the matter is taken up for hearing, neither advocate for petitioner is present nor any representation is made on behalf of petitioner. As petitioner has not evinced any interest in prosecuting the case, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

Considering these aspects, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
