HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10910 OF 2019 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent-SHO, WPS Nalgonda, in threatening the petitioner to settle the dispute with the 5th respondent, by colluding with the 5th respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint made by the 4th respondent-wife of the petitioner, Crime No.49 of 2019, dt.04.06.2019, was registered against the petitioner under Sections 498-A, 494 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act; that the respondents, except registering a case against the petitioner, have never threatened the petitioner to settle the dispute with the 5th respondent, as alleged by the petitioner.
Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail remedies available to him under law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
