HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.768 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India is filed challenging the docket Order dt.11.10.2012 in I.A.No.1592 of 2011 in G.O.P.No.174 of 2011 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam dismissing the application filed under Section 151 CPC to grant interim custody of the minor child by name N. Varshini to the petitioner.

During the pendency of this revision, no interim stay was granted by this Court, consequently, the trial Court disposed of the GOP No.174 of 2011 itself on 17.06.2016. Therefore, there is nothing to be adjudicated in this petition. Hence, this petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
