Petitioner claims that he is the owner of land to an extent of Ac.1-50 cents in Sy.No.120 of Neelakosigi Village, Kosigi Mandal, Kurnool District, having purchased the same from his vendor on 30.11.2005. The vendor of the petitioner owns land to an extent of Ac.7-83 cents in the said survey number from out of which he purchased Ac.1-50 cents. He was issued pattadar pass book and title deed in the year 2012. Petitioner submits that the neighbours to the land owned by him, are trying to encroach and create obstacles in enjoying his property. Therefore, he has applied through Mee-Seva to conduct survey. But so far the said application is not processed and no survey is conducted causing lot of hardship and suffering to the petitioner. 2.

As per the material placed on record on 02.02.2018 the application of the petitioner was registered in Mee-seva. If that is so, and the application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Kosigi Mandal, Kosigi, Kurnool District, shall examine the request of the petitioner to conduct survey and communicate appropriate decision as warranted by law. The said decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

- 3 - Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
