THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.32944 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the official respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking action against the illegal construction being made by the respondents 4 to 8 in the petitioners' house site admeasuring 467 Sq.yards bearing H.No.6-2-66, situated at Hanumanwada Locality, Jagtial Town and Mandal, Karimnagar District, without any building permission.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the 4th to 8th respondents are proceeding with the construction in their house site without obtaining sanction from the 2nd respondent-Jagtial Municipality.

Sri N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, on instructions submits that the 2nd respondent has already initiated necessary action and notices have already been issued to the respondents 4 to 8 to stop the construction, if any, and necessary action is being taken.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. However, it is always open for the petitioners to approach the Court in case they are aggrieved further. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
