This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the land of the petitioner admeasuring Acs.19.34 guntas in survey Nos.274A and 274C situated at Elkapally Village, Palakurthy Mandal, Peddapalli District, for the purpose of restoration of tanks under "Mission Kakatiya" scheme for 'Gantla Kunta' tank in the village, without initiating the land acquisition proceedings.

The learned Government Pleaders for Irrigation and Command Area Development and Revenue appearing for the respective respondents, on the basis of written instructions, have submitted that the respondents do not want any portion of the land of the petitioner and they are not interfering with the same.

Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Pleaders, the Writ Petition is closed.
