This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondent No.6 in not registering the crime basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 13-11-2018. Learned Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.107 of 2019 is registered basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
