THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI WRIT PETITION No. 12608 OF 2021 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of Respondents 3 and 4 in preventing Respondents 6 to 8 from encroaching the public road and making unauthorised construction at G Block, Madhura Nagar Colony, Yousufguda, Hyderabad.

Sri P. Soma Sekhara Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given the representation on 21.01.2020 to the 3rd respondent stating that illegal constructions are being taken place at G-30 and G-20/1, Madhura Naga Colony, Yousufguda and the unofficial respondents who have no right whatsoever over the property have started building construction. He submits that the said construction is made without obtaining any permission. 3.

This Court, on 02.06.2021 directed the respondent Corporation to file their counter and the action-taken report by the next date of hearing.

When the matter came up today, learned Standing counsel submits that the counter is sent for signature and he will file the same.

In view of the submissions of the respective parties, this Court is of the opinion that keeping the Writ Petition pending does no serve any purpose.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of directing that the official respondents shall take appropriate action on the representation dated 20.01.2020 submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.

The Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand automatically closed.
