HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.11086 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the Joint Collector, Nizamabad-first respondent, dated 17.4.2006 and a consequential direction is sought to set aside or cancel the mutation proceedings granted by the Mandal Revenue Officer in favour of the 4th respondent in respect of land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.10 gts. in Survey No.209/ 9 situated at Devenapally village, Kamareddy Mandal, Nizamabad.

When the matter came up on 13.3.2018, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner expired and he requests time to bring the Legal Representatives on record and sought two weeks time. Again the matter was listed on 12.4.2018 and on 27.04.2018.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that in spite of addressing two letters in the name of the petitioner, none of the family members responded and that he does not have any instructions in the matter.

In view of the same, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary in the matter. However, if the Legal Representatives of the petitioner have got any grievance, they are at liberty to take appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
