There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- ".....to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to conduct investigation in crime No.1060 of 2013 against the unofficial respondents 3 to 6 herein for causing disturbance in the petitioner's construction over the Plot of land in Survey No.55/Part of an extent 3,000 sq.yards situated at Kondapur Village, Seri Lingampally Mandal, R.R.District and to pass..."

When the matter is called, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of Crime No.1060 of 2013, a charge sheet was filed after completion of investigation on 07.07.2014 before the concerned Court. After taking cognizance of the offence, the case was numbered as C.C.No.1427 of 2014. After full-fledged trial, the matter ended in acquittal by judgment, dated 03.01.2018. 4.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
