This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 26.10.2015 in E.P.No.76 of 2012 in O.S.No.214 of 2006 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of while permitting withdrawal of the amount of Rs.4,00,000/ - in deposit, pursuant to the order of this Court in the revision, on 27.11.2015, subject to furnishing of security by execution of a bond of Rs.100/ - stamp paper in favour of the trial Court/ Executing Court with immovable property particulars by deposit of title deeds, in the event if the decree is reversed since Order IX Rule 13 C.P.C. application is stated pending to make good by restoration and in the event of that application is dismissed without prejudice to the proceeding further in the execution matter and by ceasing the security there from. No order as to costs. 4.
