This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioner/ accused in C.C.No.497 of 2009 on the file of Special Mobile Court, Kakinada, East Godavari District, arising out of Crime No.14 of 2008 of Sarpavaram Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
