This writ petition is filed for the following relief; " ...... to pass an order or orders one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the inaction of the respondent No.2 for not disposing representation dt.27.05.2019 with regard to the respondent No.3 interfering in the matter pertaining to civil nature by harassing the petitioner without any reason and regularly coming and calling to the petitioner into the police station in respect of the plot property bearing H.No.14-4-280, Osman Shahi, Gowliguda, Hyderabad."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the private complaint of 4th respondent before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, a case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.124/2019 under Sections 120(B), 468, 471, 420, 409, r/w.34 IPC of Afzalgunj Police Station on 28.04.2019; and that the same is under investigation. It is also stated that the respondents have never interfered with the civil disputes. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
