HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 25288 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in reverting the petitioner by recategorizing his services from Attender to Shramik vide proceedings dated 17.12.2004 as illegal and arbitrary and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim stay on 31.12.2004 and in pursuance of the interim orders, the petitioner is working as Attender. In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
