No. 1646 of 2017 O R D E R:- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that that in this case charge sheet was filed on 18.10.2016 and it was taken cognizance and numbered as N.D.P.S. No. 161 of 2016 on the file of the Court of I Additional Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District.
