Heard Mr. D. Manikyala Rao, learned counsel holding for Mr. Sivananda Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

This Court, by a separate order, disposed of W.P.No.26795 of filed challenging the order, dated 29.07.2013, in CCLA Proceedings No.V2/55/2010, V2/98/2010, V2/99/2010, V2/100/2010, V2/114/2010, V2/223/2010 & V2/112/2013.

Having regard to the order passed in W.P.No.26795 of 2013, the learned counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to work out all grievances of petitioners, in accordance with law, before the Inam Deputy Tahsildar, Office of the Collector, Chittoor (4th respondent).

Statement is placed on record.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
