THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No. 226 OF 2018 IN COMPANY PETITION No. 187 OF 2012 O R D E R :

The instant Application is filed by the Official Liquidator under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 306 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959 to take on record the halfyearly accounts of M/s Lakshman Paper Mills (P) Limited (in liquidation) for the period from 01.10.2016 to 31.03.2017 along with the auditors' report dated 02.02.2018 of M/s Padmanabha Rao & Company, Chartered Accountants.

Perused the auditors' report with the assistance of Sri M. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. The prayer is accepted. The half-yearly accounts and the auditors' report are taken on file.

The Application is ordered accordingly.
