HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No. 43774 of 2016 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in passing the impugned order vide Proceedings No.5113/ 15-B1(Pts.,) dated 05.12.2016 exercising the powers purportedly under Section 249(6) of A.P.Panchayat Raj Act, 1995 to suspend the petitioner from the post of Sarpanch of Aitipamula Village, Kattangur Mandal, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary. During the course of hearing, both the counsel submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
