HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRL.R.C. No.550 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/complainant with a prayer to set aside the docket order dated 29-05-2019 in C.C.SR.No.3761 of 2019 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the Court below has passed the impugned order without looking into the order of this Court in W.P.No.10559 of 2019, dated 22-05-2019. He further contends in para-9 that there is a life threat of the petitioner from the hands of the respondent/accused, for which the complaint has been filed seeking to punish the accused as per law. But the Court below without hearing the matter and without going into the merits of the case, straight away passed the docket order to call the matter on 29-06-2019 which is bad in law and due to the illegal acts of the learned Judge, the rights of the petitioner have been put into spoil.

3.

Heard and perused the record.

4.

Admittedly, the petitioner has filed a private complaint in C.C.SR.No.3761 of 2019 and vide docket order dated 29-05-2019, the learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, asked the petitioner to appear before the Court on 29-06-2019 for recording sworn statement of the complainant. I do not find any illegality or

GSD,J Crl.R.C.No.550 of 2019 impropriety or incorrectness in law in the orders passed by the learned Magistrate. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is devoid of merit and the same liable to be dismissed.

5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. ____________________ JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Date: 06.06.2019 kvr
