THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTH Writ Petition No.5773 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The order under challenge in this writ petition is the order passed by the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in F.A.No.314 of 2014 dated 23.09.2014.

Against the order of the State Commission, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of approaching the National Commission, without exhausting which he has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court. As the petitioner has an effective and efficacious statutory remedy, we see no reason to examine the submissions of Sri S.D.Gowd, learned counsel for the petitioner on merits.

Leaving it open to the petitioner to invoke the jurisdiction of the National Commission in accordance with law, the writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
