Learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty as mentioned in the letter dated 15.06.2018.

For the reasons mentioned in the letter dated 15.06.2018, liberty is granted to withdraw the writ petition. However, if any fresh cause of action arises only, petitioners are entitled to institute fresh writ petition. It is also open to petitioners to work out their remedies. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
