Kadari Ailaiah S/O Late Balaiah v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.35417 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his Case No.F2/5402/2013 pending before the 2nd respondent has not yet been disposed of in spite of the directions of this Court in CRPMP Nos.6033 of 2010 and 1241 of 2013 in C.R.P.No.436 of 2008, dated 16-08-2013. He also brought to my notice that the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) Nos.5737-5739 of 2014, dated 17-032014 directed the 2nd respondent to hear all parties and pass a reasoned order, after considering the affidavit filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the 2nd respondent has given notices to the parties, who appeared before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, and in spite of several adjournments, no final orders are passed.
In the light of the directions already issued, referred to above, by this Court as well as the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no further directions are called for in this writ petition except reiterating that the 2nd respondent shall hear all the parties and dispose of the aforesaid case expeditiously. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 30-10-2015 Prv HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.
