The Court made the following:
COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) C.C.No.189 of 2004 is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 23.09.2003, in W.P.No.15843 of 2003 and C.C.No.176 of 2005 is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 18.09.2003 in W.P.No.8880 of 2000.
2. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the contempt cases, on instructions, has stated that the grievance with which the contempt cases have been filed no longer subsists and therefore, the petitioners do not intend to pursue the contempt cases.
3. In view of the above facts, both the Contempt Cases are disposed of as not pressed.
