HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4088 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.14 of 2014 of Meerpet police station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120-B I.P.C.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, the respondent State represented by the Public Prosecutor submitted that in the above crime, the investigating agency referred the matter as the same is of civil in nature and no cause survives for adjudication in this criminal petition and the same has become infructuous.

3) Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
