HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.2852 OF 2017 ORDER:
The petitioners complain against inaction of respondents in providing house-sites in Survey Nos.2173/ 1 and 2174/ 1 of Kottur Gram Panchayat, Nellore Rural Mandal, Nellore District as per the rehabilitation Scheme introduced under G.O.Ms.No.30 dated 15.02.1994, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The Assistant Government Pleader draws the attention of the Court to various steps taken in this behalf including allotments made to eligible persons and also payment of Rs.10,000/ - to the displaced persons.
Having regard to the details now furnished by the respondents, the learned counsel does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to take steps as deem fit and necessary in respect of individuals who are yet to be accommodated rehabilitation in terms of G.O.Ms.No.30 dated 15.02.1994.
