When the matter was called, on 01-11-2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such this Court directed to post the matter under the caption 'for orders' and also when the matter was called, on 03-11-2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such this Court directed to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' today i.e., on 07-11-2016. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
