HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 10036 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in reverting the petitioners from Attenders to Shramiks instead of promoting them vide proceedings dated 31.05.2004, as illegal and arbitrary. While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to continue the petitioners as Attenders vide orders dated 21.06.2004 in WPMP No.12754 of 2004 which is made absolute vide orders dated 27.03.2008 in WVMP No.2649 of 2004. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Learned standing counsel for the respondents has not disputed the same.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
