HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20147 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that he made application on 03.11.2015 to the respondents 3 and 4 for issuance of pattadar pass books and titled deeds in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.2.02 in Survey No.907/1 and Ac.1.27 guntas in Survey No.907/2 of Ragonda Village and Mandal, Warangal District. On receiving the said application the petitioner was issued a Memo dated 03.11.2015 by the 4th respondent for production of all the relevant documents pertaining to the aforesaid land.
Accordingly, on 09.12.2015 as directed by the respondents the petitioner submitted all the relevant documents. But, as no action is being taken, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.
Since it is stated that the petitioner filed necessary documents on 09.12.2015, as per the Memo dated 03.11.2015 issued by the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner after issuing notice to the interested parties, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any,
