THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.37669 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri Sampath Prabhakar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

The petitioners seek a certificate relating to the property bearing No.5-104/4 (Old No.5-104), admeasuring 610.55 sq. yards in Rai Dargah, Panmaktha, Lingampally Municipality, Ranga Reddy District. The petitioner has made an application for such certificate on 09.10.2015, which was acknowledged on 13.10.2015 by the Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the 3rd respondent. Alleging inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Since the petitioners have made application hardly one month back, it cannot be said that there is any inaction as such warranting entertainment of this Writ Petition. However, since the Writ Petition has been argued on merits, it is being disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner expeditiously and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
