Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the cost imposed by the trial Court in O.S. No. 267 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge at Mahabubabad, has not been deposited in the E.P., in view of interim stay granted by this Court.

There was an issue of dismissal of a suit filed in the year 2023 seeking perpetual injunction by the appellants herein on the basis of Lok Adalat Award. To ascertain the relevance of the said Lok Adalat Award and dismissal of the suit, learned counsel for the appellants is directed to produce the said document by the next date of hearing.

List on 12.02.2026.

Interim undertaking given on 28.10.2025 is extended till 12.02.2026.
