Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.802 of 2019 dated 01-02-2019.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner without rejecting his representations on the ground that he has crossed the upper age limit as set out in the notification. It is needless to say that if the petitioner comes within the zone of consideration in the selection process, his case will be considered and he will be appointed as Artist. No costs.
