The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Direction or Order declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting the survey and not fixing the boundary stones of total land admeasuring Ac.8.03 Guntas in Survey No.79/A for an extent of Ac.6.20 Guntas and in Survey No.80/E for an extent of Ac.1.23 Guntas situated at Rainguda Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District even after submitting the prescribed Form F-Line and duly paying the requisite amount of Rs.295/- in the meeseva bearing Application No.

DER021900351695 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct respondents 4 to 6 to conduct the survey and fix the boundaries of land admeasuring Ac.8.03 Guntas in Survey No.79/A for an extent of Ac.6.20 Guntas and in Survey No.80/E for an extent of Ac.1.23 Guntas situated at Rainguda Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.'

Perusal of the record reflects that an application in the prescribed format by way of a F-line petition along with the requisite fee was submitted by the petitioner on 22.03.2019 for the purpose of undertaking a survey and fixing of boundaries in the subject land. Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to remain inactive. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's F-line petition dated 22.03.2019 expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
