This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 480 & 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') by the petitioner/Accused No.3 seeking to enlarge him on bail in connection with SC.NDPS No.04 of 2026, on the file of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Medchal Malkajgir District at Kushaiguda.

Heard Sri V.Raghuver, learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3 and Sri M.Ramachandra Reddy, learned

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the health condition of the petitioner is very critical and he is on his deathbed and he filed medical certificate to that effect. Therefore, prayed the Court to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for granting bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by both parties, and as per the medical certificate of the petitioner's dated 02.05.2026, it is noted that his condition is critical. Now the petitioner is in Holistic Hospital as such respondent is directed to take custody of the petitioner on that hospital. This Court finds it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner/accused No.3, subject to the following conditions. (i) The petitioner-accused No.3 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I
- 3 - Additional District and Sessions Judge at Medchal Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda.
(ii) On such release, the petitioner-accused No.3 is directed to co-operate with the trial.
(iii) The petitioner-accused No.3 shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 437 (3) of Cr.P.C. (presently, Section 480 (3) of BNSS).

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
