Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition stating that certain facts were not disclosed in the affidavit.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
