HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4071 of 2000 ORDER:

This revision is preferred against order dated 12.11.1999 in LRA No.13 of 1993 on the file of Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal, Nellore contending that the total extent of Ac. 60.08 cents in patta No.22 of Maddurupadu Village has been computed to the declarants wrongly.

2.

This matter is adjourned at the request of advocate for revision petitioner continuously from November 2014, and having taken sufficient adjournments, no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case.

3.

Learned Government Pleader for Arbitration represented that this is a second round of litigation and after obtaining interim stay, no interest is evinced on behalf of revision petitioners.

4. Considering the same, I am of the view that petitioners have not evinced any interest in prosecuting the case, therefore it is liable to be dismissed for default. 5.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous

petitions, if any pending, in this Revision shall stand closed.
