It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the facts in the present case warrants application of the common order dated 25.06.2015 rendered in Writ Petition Nos. 18332, 18342 and 18500 of 2015 and the same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. In that view of the matter, following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 18332, 18342 and 18500 of 2015, dated 25.06.2015 and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
