This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner. This Court vide order dated 02.07.2014 ordered for winding up of the respondent company and also directed the petitioner to carry out publication of advertisement of the same in two daily newspapers. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has carried out publication of notice of winding up of the respondentcompany under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 in two daily newspapers as ordered by this Court and a Memo is also filed to that effect along with paper publications.
