The matter has been coming under the caption 'For Dismissal' since 09.09.2016 and on the last occasion i.e., 30.09.2016 at the request of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the matter was directed to be posted today under the same caption. However, even today there is no representation for the revision petitioner.

Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this revision stand closed.
