This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed challenging the order, dated 27.06.2012 in I.A.No.916 of 2012 in C.M.A.No.Nil of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam. 2.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of e-courts shows that the main suit in O.S.No.17 of 2011 itself was disposed of by the Court below on 14.06.2013. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
