The request for issuing summons to Tahsildar for recording his evidence is rejected by the trial Court by recording proper and cogent reasons.

I am not persuaded under Article 227 of Constitution of India to entertain the Civil Revision Petition. Civil Revision Petition fails and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
