ORDER

This application under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 9, 302 & 309 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 is filed by the Official Liquidator to take on record the audit report dated 19.02.2018 for the period from 1.4.2016 to 31.03.2017 submitted by M/s.Dutt and Associates, Chartered Accountants. Heard Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator and perused the audit report dated 19.02.2018.
