Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 4.3.2017 for conducting survey and measuring the land in an extent of Acs.2.65 cents situated in R.S.No.116 of Mylavaram village and Mandal, Krishna District as per revenue records, the present writ petition has been filed.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has not made proper application through Mee Seva by paying the necessary fee.
In view of the above facts and circumstances and the submissions of the leaned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, giving liberty to the petitioner to make proper application through Mee Seva concerned by paying the requisite fee and on making such an application, the 1st respondent - Tahsildar, shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.
