This appeal is filed by the insurance company under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, challenging the judgment and decree dated 11.7.2014 passed in MOP No.250 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under SC & ST Cases (PoA) Act-cum-Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. A letter dated 24.4.2017 to that effect was also addressed by the learned counsel for the appellant to the Registry.

Accordingly, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
