When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that in view of the judgment rendered by this Court in APSRTC v. NARSAGOUD, reported in 2003 (2) SCC 212, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. 2.
