HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 16876 of 2010 Order:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri MVS Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
